KosICT’18 to be organised by an AI?

Did you know that there is an area of computer science that deals with giving machines the ability to seem like they have human intelligence? Scary or not? Artificial Intelligence is the branch of computer science concerned with making computers behave like humans, and maybe they can help us with the hard work that we have to deal every day.
The conference called “World Summit AI” takes part every year, where 100 of the brightest brains come together from 26 countries starting from Japan to Germany, the UK to Australia, the USA to Estonia, including representatives from Google, Airbus, Alibaba, Amazon, Apple, BBC, Booking.com, Coca-Cola, Facebook, NASA and many more, to inform and push forward to the future of Artificial Intelligence. World Summit AI exists to service the 3 pillars of AI System; Enterprise, Startups & Investors and Deep Tech through two-days of knowledge-sharing, networking and keynote presentations.

Let’s meet the man with the name Mike Reiner, who is the co-founder of this Summit. He is the chairman at intelligent work management company Scoro and he used to cover venture capital business development for Amazon Web Services in EMEA. He will be part of this year’s KosICT conference that will take place in Prishtina/Kosovo, during October 2017, and we will have a part of World Summit AI here.
Word Summit AI isn’t the only thing Reiner does. Before he founded CCC Startups and Startup AddVenture, a global entrepreneurship network that produced events in 7 different countries reaching thousands of entrepreneurs. Mike was the founding managing director of the Startup Wise Guys Accelerator where he and his team invested in 50+ startups out of 20+ countries. Mike has worked with many startups around the globe and is a mentor at various incubators/accelerators such as Techstars.
It will be unlikely that AI will be ready to organised conferences by next year but let’s see what happens!
