Bob Garcia is the former CEO of Resonate Consultancy, a firm he founded and led for over a decade, growing and ultimately selling in 2024. Originally from the USA, Bob moved to Europe early in his career, focusing on leading large implementations across the European telecoms market. Bob’s experiences as the leader of Resonate span from building and scaling a startup company, building and leading sales functions, leading and maturing business operations, and ultimately leading the sale and integration of the company into the buyer’s environment. After successfully selling his company, Bob has transitioned into a new chapter focused on advisory work, public speaking, and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and helping companies to prepare for sale.
