Since joining ProCredit in 2009, Cakaj has advanced through key risk and operations roles—including Credit Risk Assessment coordination and a professional exchange with ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt—building a reputation for prudent risk management and scalable processes. Today, his remit spans core engine rooms of the bank: credit risk, digital channels and IT, finance, payments, and internal services.
