Driton Hapçiu is a Kosovo-born entrepreneur, investor, and digital transformation executive with a career spanning IT, telecom, consulting, media, and international development. He is a founding partner of the CACTTUS group of ICT companies and of RECURA, a financial advisory and strategic services firm. A builder of institutions, he co-founded the Kosovo ICT Association (STIKK) and the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) and actively mentors startups. Hapçiu’s current portfolio includes leading initiatives such as CACTTUS Education, RECURA Investment Holding, HARRISIA, CACTTUS Business Solutions, and CONCEPTICON, where he focuses on business development, problem-solving, strategic management, and digital transformation. His governance experience includes service on the boards of the LUMBARDHI Foundation and the German Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, with prior board roles at STIKK, ICK, TOKA, the Prishtina Girls’ Football Team, and the IPKO Institute of Information Technology.
