Hands-on leadership roles in global companies such as Citrix, Google, Vodafone, and Snow Software, provided Rachel with the practical skills required to drive performance, change, and growth. As Principal People Strategist @ RMM People, she has helped organisations – and individuals – to make the “breakthrough” needed by offering fresh perspective, practical options and leadership coaching. In addition to being the founder and principal of her consulting company, RMM People, Rachel is a Growth Partner with a substantial and successful UK based VC, Rachel works with investors, founders and leaders of start-ups and scale-ups to amplify the people and organisational impact on business results. Rachel’s academic foundation includes a BA in Psychology, an MBA, and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience. She also holds a number of executive coaching qualifications.
