KosICT is a technology festival which held its first edition 2011 with the aim of bridging the gap between the local and international ICT markets by highlighting and bringing the latest technological trends and developments to the Balkans, through local, regional and international experts who share their experiences and knowledge with the audience comprised out of software developers, ICT enthusiasts and experts, C-level executives, academia representatives, students and the diplomatic core.

The upcoming 11th edition of KosICT technology festival will be held on the 7th & 8th of October, in Prishtina, Kosovo.

COVID-19 SAFETY:

Kosovo ICT Association – STIKK, will make sure to follow all the regulations in place set by the government of the Republic of Kosovo in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The measures and safety protocols will be updated regularly to be in line with the governmental regulations and ensure the safety and wellbeing of every participant at the festival.

Apart from following the governmental measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19, the organizers will make sure to establish and adhere to the following measures:

1. In order to enter the festival premises, participants are required to show their vaccination card with at least 1 COVID-19 vaccine shot received at least 14 days prior to the event

2. Masks are required to enter any closed space within the festival premises (All KosICT activities)

3. Distance of at least 1m between the seating (All KosICT activities)

4. Anti-bacterial hand-sanitizers will be available all over the premises of the festival and participants are encouraged to utilize them frequently

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Kosovo ICT Association – STIKK, adheres to a set code of conduct for all employees and festival crew. The following are the key elements of focus that we try to convey through all our activities: Professionalism: All employees must show integrity and professionalism in the workplace. This applies to: personal appearance, job duties, absenteeism and tardiness, collaboration, communication, conflict of interest and the association’s policies.

Disciplinary actions:

Kosovo ICT Association – STIKK, takes the code of conduct very seriously. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards any employee and crew member who are found to repeatedly or intentionally fail to respect the code of conduct. Disciplinary actions may vary depending of the violation.
